R R Kabel Limited, founded in 1995, manufactures consumer electrical devices for use in residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure applications.
R R Kabel is divided into two broad categories:
- House wires, industrial wires, power cables, and special cables are examples of wires and cables.
- Fans, lamps, switches, and appliances are all examples of FMEG.
The company manufactures, markets, and sells wires and cable goods under the ‘RR Kabel’ brand, as well as fans and lights under the ‘Luminous Fans and Lights’ brand.
The company has two manufacturing units in Waghodia, Gujarat, and Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, and Daman and Diu, which mostly manufacture wire, cables, and switches. Apart from that, it owns and runs three integrated manufacturing facilities in Roorkee, Uttarakhand, Bengaluru, Karnataka, and Gagret, Himachal Pradesh, which carry out FMEG product production operations.
